Recipes

All of the following recipes appear in our family cookbook, a growing ring binder full of the best recipes we have found.  They are borrowed and, in some cases, shamelessly appropriated from sources as cited.  Each recipe is tested in our own kitchen and requires our mutual consent, based on both excellent taste and relative ease of preparation, before being admitted to the family cookbook.  These recipes also reflect our meat-free way of eating.  They are not necessarily low in fat or cholesterol.  They just taste good.

The selection below is a small sampling, some of our favorites, which we will change from time to time.
